Where your data lives

  • On device: favorites and offline content are stored locally on your device. You can clear them anytime from the Profile → Offline Content panel.
  • On our servers: core account data (like your email) needed for sign‑in.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share limited information with service providers who help us run the app (for example, hosting and authentication). They are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as directed.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. On‑device data (favorites, offline cache) stays on your device until you clear it.

  • Access: you can request a copy of your account data.
  • Deletion: you can request we delete your account.
  • On‑device controls: manage notifications and clear offline data in the app (Profile → Notifications / Offline Content).

Children

Pro‑To‑Call is intended for professional and educational use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
