This page explains the controls you have over your data when using our website and mobile app. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Notifications

You can turn new‑diagnosis notifications on or off in the app:

  • Open the app → Profile → Notifications → toggle Enable alerts.
  • Tap “Mark all as read” to reset the new items count.

Offline content & local data

Favorites and offline content are stored on your device, not on our servers. You can remove them anytime:

  • Open the app → Profile → Offline Content → Clear offline cache.
  • Remove individual favorites from within the app.

Email & marketing

We do not send marketing emails. If this changes, you will have the option to opt out at any time directly from those emails.

Analytics & tracking

We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs. Any diagnostics we collect are for reliability, security, and debugging.

California residents

We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. If you still wish to exercise the right to opt‑out, or to limit the use of sensitive personal information, contact us and include “California Privacy Request” in the subject.

Access or delete your data

You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete your account. To make a request, contact us using the Support information in the app store listing or from within the app, and include “Privacy Request” in your message.

Tip: If you only want to remove on‑device data (favorites, offline cache), you can do that yourself from Profile → Offline Content.

Region‑specific rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA). We honor valid requests to access, correct, or delete personal information.
